FOOTBALL ICON THIERRY HENRY ARRIVES NIGERIA FOR THE FIRST TIME

Football legend, Thierry Henry, has arrived Nigeria for the first time. The former Arsenal star arrived Lagos today as part of the Guinness Made of Black programme.  During his time in Nigeria, the international football icon will meet winners of the ‘Be a Front Row Fan’ consumer promotion, which is currently running across the country.

He will join them to watch the West Brom v Manchester United EPL game at Landmark event centre Victoria Island and celebrate their passion for football and their Made of Black spirit in the ultimate viewing centre event.He will also officially unveil Nigeria’s brand new Made of Black brand ambassador and join well known names at an exclusive Nigerians Made of Black celebration event.

A notorious ISIS executioner dubbed 'White Beard' has been captured by Iraqi security forces, according to reports. Abu Omer, a jihadi kingpin who is known for his long white beard, has previously been caught on camera appearing to stone civilians to death under the militant group's rule in Mosul, Iraq. It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of this exceptional ICON LATEEF RAJI   LATEEF RAJI was born in Ondo state. He started his educational journey at Irekari Grammar School, Idoani, between 1974 and 1978. He also attended New Church High School, Owo, Ondo State in 1978 and obtained his Ordinary Level School Certificate in 1980. Thereafter, he proceeded to the University of Lagos to study history. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in 1997 and also earned a Masters Degree in History in 2000. LATEEF RAJI started his career as an Editor with Ahrada West African Publishing Ltd between 1996 and year 2000 and was later elevated to the post of the Editor-in-Chief of the company in which capacity he worked between year  2000 and 2003. He also served as Nigeria’s representative at the World Education Resources Centre, United Kingdom between 2003 and 2007.
